1. Sensible Brand Integration

To maximize average order value, we introduced strategic bundling sections and offer highlights that encouraged customers to purchase multiple products. These sections made it easy for shoppers to see the benefits of bundling and added incentives like discounts for larger purchases.

2. Frictionless, Intuitive NavigationSensible Brand Integration

A key focus was simplifying the shopping journey. We designed a clear, easy-to-navigate menu in the header with imagery that visually represented product categories. This helped customers instantly identify what they were looking for, reducing clicks and removing unnecessary friction in the buying process.

Knowing that trust is crucial in eCommerce, we added UGC content and real customer reviews throughout the site. Seeing actual users enjoying the product reassured new customers and reinforced purchase confidence.

To make the brand feel more human, we redesign an Introduction Section that tells Waterboy’s story, connecting with customers on a personal level and making the experience feel more authentic and engaging.
