This application is provided solely for personal, non-commercial use. You are not permitted to use the app for any unlawful, unauthorized, or commercial purposes.

All content made available through the app—including but not limited to text, data, images, audio, video, graphics, design elements, and software—is either owned by or licensed to WebContrive Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliated entities.

This includes the overall structure, selection, and arrangement of such content, as well as the underlying source code and software components. All rights are reserved.

Unless explicitly permitted in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, transmit, store, or commercially exploit any part of the app’s content in any form.

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed within the app are the property of WebContrive Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, or respective third-party partners.

You are not allowed to use, reproduce, or distribute any of these marks without prior written authorization from the rightful owner.

Payments made within the app are handled by third-party platform providers, specifically Apple Inc. and Google LLC (referred to as “App Stores”).

All payment transactions are subject to the respective terms and conditions of these platforms. By using the app and completing transactions, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the applicable App Store terms and policies.

We do not warrant that the app will operate without interruption or that it will always be available, secure, or free from defects such as bugs, errors, or harmful components.

There may be occasions where access to the app is limited or unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without prior notice.

We are not responsible for any third-party content made available through the app, including but not limited to advertisements, external services, or embedded games.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the app being temporarily or permanently unavailable.

Neither we nor any third-party service providers associated with the app shall be responsible for any of the following:

• Interruptions in connectivity, whether temporary or ongoing
• Damage to devices, software, or loss of data, except where caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care
• Any harm, loss, or disputes arising from interactions with other users
• Losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated at the time you began using the app
• Indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, profits, business opportunities, or reputation
• Failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, fire, labor disputes, civil disturbances, or other force majeure events

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding its performance, reliability, or suitability for any specific purpose.

Content provided by users, advertisers, or third parties does not reflect our endorsement, and we do not assume responsibility for such content.

We implement reasonable safeguards to reduce risks related to viruses or malicious software. However, users are advised to use appropriate security measures, such as antivirus tools, when accessing the app.

Any branding or identifiers associated with WebContrive are exclusively owned by the company.

You are granted limited rights to use the app for personal purposes only. Except where explicitly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any part of the app or its content.

The app may allow users to create profiles, choose usernames or avatars, and share content such as text, images, or other materials (“User Content”).

By submitting or sharing User Content through the app, you confirm that:

• You have the legal right and necessary permissions to use and share that content
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your User Content in connection with operating and improving the app, without compensation to you.

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any User Content that may violate these terms or applicable laws, without prior notice.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from content you provide that breaches these terms or infringes the rights of others.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where such limitation would be unlawful. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Before taking any independent action to resolve an issue for which we may be responsible, you agree to provide us with a reasonable opportunity to address and remedy the matter.

If you are using the app as an individual user, we will not be liable for any loss or damage where:

• there has been no breach of a duty of care owed to you by us, our employees, or agents
• the loss or damage was not reasonably foreseeable at the time you began using the app
• the loss or damage results from your own actions, including failure to comply with these Terms

You agree that you are responsible for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage we incur as a result of your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms, subject to our obligation to mitigate such losses.

If you are using the app for commercial, professional, or business purposes, the following provisions will apply:

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian laws, any warranties, representations, or conditions that are not expressly stated in these Terms are excluded. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” include our employees, affiliates, contractors, and agents.

Our total aggregate liability, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, for any single incident or a series of related incidents, shall not exceed INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand only).

To the extent permitted under applicable law, we shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any financial or commercial losses, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, contracts, or expected savings
• Loss of goodwill, brand value, or business reputation
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss, corruption, or unavailability of data, even if such loss was foreseeable

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and us regarding the use of the app and supersede any prior discussions, communications, or agreements.

Both parties acknowledge that no reliance has been placed on any representations not expressly included in these Terms. Liability for non-fraudulent misrepresentation is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted to reflect the original intent as closely as possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
