About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager who understands the Shopify ecosystem and SaaS products deeply and can take complete ownership of product strategy, roadmap, execution, and growth.

You will work closely with founders, designers, developers, and marketing to build remarkable features that solve real merchant pain points and enhance product adoption, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Product Strategy & Vision

  • Own the product roadmap end-to-end.
  • Identify merchant problems, research opportunities, and define solutions.

🔹 Execution & Delivery

  • Own app listings, updates, screenshots, release notes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–7 years of experience as a Product Manager in Shopify Apps, E-commerce SaaS, or B2B SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify merchants, Shopify admin UX, checkout experience, and app store ecosystem.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Role Overview

The SEO & Content Marketing Specialist will own organic growth, content strategy, and search visibility for our Shopify apps and SaaS products.
The goal is clear: increase high-intent traffic, drive app installs & trials, and improve trial-to-paid conversions through content and SEO.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Own end-to-end SEO for Shopify apps, SaaS websites, and landing pages.
  • Perform keyword research focused on merchant intent (apps, features, use cases).

4. Research, Competition & Positioning

  • Analyse competing Shopify apps and SaaS tools for keyword gaps and content opportunities.
  • Build comparison pages and alternative pages to capture switching traffic.
  • Refine brand voice based on merchant psychology and buying behavior.

5. Analytics & Performance

  • Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, installs, and trials.
  • Measure content performance, CTR, bounce rate, and assisted conversions.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly SEO & content performance reports.
  • Continuously optimise based on data, not assumptions.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in SEO & content marketing for SaaS, B2B, or Shopify apps.
  • Strong understanding of search intent, product-led SEO, and content funnels.
  • Proven hands-on experience with keyword research, on-page SEO, and content strategy.
